Our training is offered in two formats:

Group Trainings: Offered Live on Zoom and In-Person

Introductory: General Counseling Integration (7 Hours): Comprehensive career counseling technique training, teaching your Counselors how to implement career counseling techniques into their general Counseling sessions. This training is customized to your campus and student demographic.

Expanded: General Counseling Integration (14 Hours): Everything in the 7 hour training and more! This training includes even more interventions and specialized techniques for working with special populations.

- Self Paced Online: Career Counselor Training: Comprehensive training designed for the Counselor who wants to expand their Career Counseling knowledge beyond the initial trainings or for the Counselor interested in becoming a College Career Counselor, and or Therapists looking to expand their Career Counseling theoretical knowledge. (Pending NBCC CEU approval, anticipated release date January 2025)
- Self Paced Online: Career Counselor Training: Comprehensive training designed for the Counselor who wants to expand their Career Counseling knowledge beyond the initial trainings or for the Counselor interested in becoming a College Career Counselor, and or Therapists looking to expand their Career Counseling theoretical knowledge. We are proud to be a National Career Development Association (NCDA) Select Continuing Eduction Provider and this training can be used for the NCDA Credential Continuing Education hours.
Group Training Pricing Starts at: $4000
Final pricing depends on the number of participants and the location of the training. This is bar far the most affordable training and the only one of it's kind developed and presented by a California Community College Counselor.
Reduced add-on rates: For Counseling Graduate Students, Counseling Interns, and SDICCCA Interns.
Individual Training Pricing Starts at: $650
Required Prerequisite: All participants must have a Masters Degree or higher in Counseling, School Counseling, Educational Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related degree or be a graduate student in a Counseling Masters level program.
*This training is available in a format for High School Counselors.
